MSN live search runs through a internet Browser. It gives 4 oblique Aerial photos.

Also you could try www.multimap.com which gives some aerial photos. These are high altitude and lower definition.

Call your local county clerk and ask how you can buy a local Plat Map. It's not digital, but it also usually provides some information on property ownership.
