My computer will not let me download google earth or earth watch .Are there any other options?

MSN live search runs through a internet Browser. It gives 4 oblique Aerial photos.

Also you could try www.multimap.com which gives some aerial photos. These are high altitude and lower definition.

Call your local county clerk and ask how you can buy a local Plat Map. It's not digital, but it also usually provides some information on property ownership.

Use mapquest to input your address / home town.

Hit the "aerial view" button, and voila!

or you can check your city's website to see if they have a GIS program, much like this one: http://geoweb.dnv.org/
