If not how would you change it? The jacket/blazer is sort of casual.

Change the blazer. Shoes should be okay. Shirt is good. And jeans go with anything. Lose the blazer, or change the Tee.

Change the T to a soft green. You got too much brown going on. But I like to shoes, although a pointy-toe kitten heel would be better.

It sounds really cute... fashionable but not too trendy :-) and
I think a casual jacket is ok, especially with a tee.

I think it sounds cute. the shoes would depend on what you are doing, casual of, but if your nightclubing or something, heels might be better.
"what not to wear" ( on tv) might not approve, but who cares what they say. Go for it.

It all ties in, but I would add a light colored top so it won't be to dark from head to toe.
