Welland or Thorold,Ontario???

Do you think there is a chance for opening another Nail Salon in Thorold,Ont or Welland,which city do you think there is a need for it and Commercial Leases ,which city do you think is less expensive to lease a space for a Nail Salon???Thanks for your answers.

I'd have to say Welland. There's nothing in Thorold except for the university. There's no real good retail.
