Yes, DLA is not means tested and you can work and claim.
Disability Living Allowance - sometimes referred to as DLA - is a tax-free benefit for children and adults who need help with personal care or have walking difficulties because they are physically or mentally disabled.
The rates vary depending on the disability. The current weekly rates area:
~Car Component
Higher rate £58.80
Middle rate £39.35
Lower rate £15.55
~Mobility Component
Higher rate £41.05
Lower rate £15.55
