My baby shower is this weekend, and what I'm wonderind is if I should send thank you cards out right away or if I should wait and send them out with birth announcements? what did you do?

Send them out within 2 weeks of baby shower. When baby arrives, folks will be getting your more little goodies that will require a thank-you. Then you'll need to send those out within 1 month of gift receipt. If you wait to send the shower thank-yous out with the birth announcements - you just might never get to them because you will soon find out how having a newborn can consume all of your time!

send them out right away i would never send them with birth announcements

I would send them out right away then everything will be fresh on your mind. Also, save some because you will probably recieve gifts at the hospital too!

Send them out now, otherwise they may still be sitting there months after the baby is born *lol*

Send them out as soon as possible. After the baby is born - you'll be too tired/busy...
