My son used to do that. He'd pull all the legs off of the spider and just watch the body wriggle around. I didn't know he was doing that, but when I found out, I put a stop to it right away! Spiders or no spiders, they still serve a purpose in the universe.

I catch spiders on a glass and put them back in the lawn in order not to kill them...do you think I would be so cruel as to pull their legs? na ah...

That's just sad... spiders are harmless, actually they're even useful, for they eat mosquito's and *those* are definitely *not* harmless
