Hi everyone, I have recently purchased a Motorola RIZR Z3 cell phone, it is an unlocked version. I can't get it to display the ICONs and Clock on my homescreen. And I am using T-Mobile. I have tried to flash the cell phone, but it doesn't work. I tried using the T-mobile software update, but it doesn't work. I have google this problem and still can't find an solution. Can anyone help me? Maybe some other way to flash the cell phone? I think my phone was made in China.
Also, I am having issues with sorting the phonebook, it won't go in Alphabetical Order. And I can't search for any name. Thank you very much for reading my question.

I have the same problem. My phone does not display the clock. My phonebook is in alphabetical order. I called T-Mobile and talked to technical support to sync the phone to use the internet on it. They know a lot at tech support. That is what I would recommend.

go to the tmobile store and have them set it for you
