Then it's doubtful that you are pregnant. Based on the pains you're having you might have an infection of some sort. You should go see a doctor.

If you truly think you have an ectopic then you need to get to a doctor ASAP as it can be very dangerous(just had one 8 weeks ago which caused my tube to burst causing internal bleeding....I had no pain from it(although I am being told by all others it is excruciating pain)and I had a positive pregnancy test the day of my missed period.
Was your tubes just tied? Unless there was a chance they came untied the chances are very slim that you have an ectopic. If they were cut there is no chance as sperm cannot swim through something that is no longer there.

This recognizing within the first cycle will also be typical, nevertheless if it will get repeated within the moment time one need to be on preserve. Also it should coincide with an early miscarriage, except there are lots of different explanations for bleeding for the duration of the being pregnant and so they have got to be investigated. The satisfactory factor is to seek advice your surgeon and opt for a being pregnant experiment, certainly the extremely touchy experiment.

If the tests are negative, you may be fine. But. The consequences of a tubal (ectopic) pregnancy are very dangerous. Go. To. A. Doctor. Maybe this isn't pregnancy, but maybe you do have another medical condition that needs to be treated.
Let me clarify--an untreated ectopic pregnancy can mean death. A close family member of mine almost died because she didn't know until the tubes burst. Go to the doctor now.

I would go ahead and get a blood test done just to ease your mind. You could be having a cyst on your ovary and this can be rather painful. With an etopic pregnancy the blood work will show up pretty quickly. Good luck and hope all is well.

Since you've had surgery done, I would go see a doctor - but if it makes you feel any better, those symptoms are what I normally feel 1 week before my period starts. But see the doc - better safe than sorry. (I hate that saying, but it's got some truth to it.)
