why does people become possessive over things that do not belong to them as they are meant for other to use also.This matter really annoys me!------

Human nature innately as with others it is innate to just share with others. We like to have our own things and own our own things. Think about it, we are such in a consumeristic lifestyle wanting things. But in the past, when life was not laden and fraught with technology, items of convenience, microwave, tv and ipods etc there was less stuff.
Yes we are jealous and possessive of those we love and care about. Having some of these traits is ok, but having too strong and extreme feelings though can lead to harm. Everything in moderation is fine as the saying goes.
