I have this dog, he is getting older and for some reason he really likes to pee in this one spot on my hard woods floors. Well it always cleans up fine, but a little bit of it always soaks into the wood.
It is starting to get nice (weather wise) were I live, and the slight humidity is starting to bring the pee smell out of the wood in my living room. So my question is.... Is there any way to get rid of this smell or any way that I can soak it all out of the floor? Oh, yeah by the way we are not getting rid of the dog, so please don't repond that way

I have a hunch you can't, since its it the wood. Get some Natures Miracle or Simple Solution from a pet store and try that. DON'T use ammonia. That's the smell that draws him back to the same spot.

You have a doozie. If you can afford to tear that area out and replace it completely that would be your best bet as the smell is soaked in and even when you can't smell it your dog can. If you can't afford to replace you can try some urine odour removers such as Stop! or Instant Stain and Odour Remover.
Also, if you can keep your dog from the area and try not to let him pee there anymore.
Good Luck.

Try to mop the area with some diluted ammonia.
