Jurydoc's got good specific examples. Others include:

Conducting an illegal search or seizure during an investigation of the defendant (Violation of the 4th Amendment)

Violating a defendant's right to remain silent or right to counsel during custodial interrogations, or the "prophylactic" Miranda rights to be warned of your right to silence or counsel. (5th Amendment; Sixth Amendment)

Violating a defendant's right to confront witnesses by introducing "testimonial hearsay" at trial (Sixth Amendment)

Violating due process by coercing a confession from the Defendant (5th / 14th Amendments)
