Infertility may be the most difficult thing for a women to accept. What did your doctor look for? Generally they take a look at your ovaries via ultrasound, by doing pap smears. If you've been trying for about three years, it may be possible it is your partner. He could have a low sperm count, or mobility or something. Both should be checked. Further, if your doc. prescribed for you to take some drugs to either induce the release of eggs, it could be that your tubes are blocked, your Doc may ask you questions about weight gain, hair loss, hair growth on face, if you've had irregular pap smears before and other questions to determine if they may be. Sometimes a simple surgery will open them, it really depends on the situation. If your tubes are not blocked, there is a thing called IUI. what they do is, when you ovulate, they take your guy's sperm and insert a small tube, (it will feel just like a pap smear) and put his sperm inside your cervix, so they don't have to travel so far. It's generally the least expensive thing to do, and if you don't have a big problem or a different case, should be a good turn out.
sometimes it could be genetic. It's difficult. I'm the same age as you, been trying for same time, but i've gone to see my doc, and I'm fine as well, and my husband's sperm is fine, there's just no luck. good luck to you.

Why are you scared to go to the doctor? Whatever you are doing, it is not working. Go to a different doctor and ask for help. You might be having sex at the wrong time of the month, your husband might have low sperm count, you might have a medical condition. If you find out what the problem is, you can find a solution. If there is no solution and you are unable to have children, then you can start accepting this fact and make different plans for your life.
Random strangers on the internet cannot diagnose a medical problem for you. A doctor can. He can also give you a solution, if there is one. Don't be afraid.

I had a hard time getting pregnant and I was told that every 7 years a woman's body changes and on year 7 I had my first baby. The doctor couldn't find anything wrong with me either. They did a test on hubby's sperm and they were fine also. Sometimes stress can cause all sort of weird things to happen too. As soon as we started adopting, I got pregnant...when we weren't focusing on it. Trying is the fun part though...enjoy it =) Good luck!

You sound JUST LIKE ME! You probably have PCOS. The Doctors would ALWAYS tell me nothing was wrong until I finally went to a Doctor that said, something is wrong. Find a Doctor that will look into it more and will help because something is wrong! And it sounds like PCOS, which is a form of infertility that can be treated if you don't wait too late!

It could be your mate or a number of reasons. My sister tried for 4 years and another 3 with fertility. She had numerous artificial inseminations that didn't work before her third invitro was successful. She has had 2 more all within a year of the last. Sometimes, you try too hard or are concentrating to hard and it sorta makes your body build up a defense against it or something. I tried for 2 years myself with no luck, until finally when I got my mind off of it, it happened. Good Luck!

If your doctor says you are fine, then your partner should definitely go to the doctor to see if he is able to impregnate you. Both parties can contribute to difficulty in getting pregnant. Also, did your doctor do a complete analysis? Or did you just tell her you were concerned, and she dismissed those concerns? There are a number of tests both you and your partner need to undertake in order to determine if there is a medical problem preventing you from getting pregnant.

Heres an easy answer for you. If you have been TRYING for three years and your doctor tells you all is fine and hasn't told you anything that you can do to increase your chances, like clomid, or tests, or anything. THEN CHANGE YOUR DOCTOR!!!
