If the two lived anywhere near each other which they don't, the tiger could easily accomplish the job. The siberian tiger is the largest and strongest of the big cats. Males can get up to 10 feet in length and weigh 660 lbs.

No. Main reason. They don't share the same habitat or ecosystem. Therefore the two would not come in contact with each other.

No need to be hypothetical about a circumstance that would not exist.
