Whether you have or haven't, I think it is time the State of Indiana stepped in. It has been going on for a few years now and it's time to be over with.

The leaders of that town can't seem to get their act together. They are constantly fighting and sueing each other and even fist fighting. They are on the news all the time. I am sure the towns people have had enough!

Maybe their constant bickering should be on the National News. Then maybe the State of Indiana will step in and fix the problems.

Just did a Google search...seems like small-town bickering.
On the other hand, we've got big-city (400,000 pop.) problems here, too!

I suspect that as the younger generation takes over running things, we'll see less public decorum.
Too many of the 20-to-40 year olds were raised with few manners and even less respect of etiquette.

A civil servant is suppose to have some degree of civility.
