If your progesterone is low...how do you increase that without taking pills / shots??

It depends why it is low. If it is low because you aren't ovulating then you need to induce ovulation and the only way to do that is drugs. If it is low during your luteal phase then you could use suppositories or progesterone cream.

You could try to stabilize your diet and exercise, to get your body to work more efficiently and that might help.
