I had a Buick LeSabre that had over 250,000 miles on it so I dont necessarily believe the miles determine the life of the car as much but I also haven't had many cars so I don't know.

How you take care of the car is how long it will last you. Without any major repairs, I still run around in my '73 aluminum block, 4cyl. Chevy Vega wagon with 363,000 miles on it.

My mom had a 1988 Beretta and we flipped the odometer in 99 and I still have it but I'm trying to turn it into a tuner now. We did all maintenance on time, oil chances regular, checkups on time and kept a warranty and I've still got a warranty from that same company on both my chevy's

It depends on the condidtion you keep it in, many cars can last for hundreds of thousands of miles even without major engine repairs.

no one can really determine how many miles a car is good for, it all depends on the owner and how he/she takes care of it, but i would determine atleast 150 to 200k miles.

You are absolutely right, mileage is not an indicator of how long a car remains serviceable. It is a matter of how the car is driven, and the regular maintenance it receives.

If it has the 3.1.

My friend sold his last year and it had about 235,000 miles on it, and it was a good car, very little problems, it will last if you treat it right.
