If he is not causing any trouble for your business,
offer him some breakfast and enjoy the music.
If he is causing problems, maybe you could ask him to move and if that doesn't work you can always ask the police(last resort) but he's probably having hard times and needs some help. If you have it to give offer him some money Maybe there are shelters or places like that where he can go to get some food shelter or assistance.

Well don't give him anything or he'll stalk you and try and get more from you. Just ignore him I think and hope he'll go away.
