can anyone tell me who sang the song 'Do the Freddie'? It's an oldie, probably from the 50-60's....

I know my parents had it on 45, and it's basically a dance song.
'.....move your head both ways like you see me do...now jump three feet to the swinging beat, do the freddie.....' that's about all I can remember. All help is appreciated!!!
