What is an eviromental factor when it comes to a classroom/teaching enviroment?

I have to write a paper on enviromental factors for the community, district and school where I am doing my student teaching. What would some good eviromental factors be?

+ friendly atmosphere
+ Interactive

Lighting
Sound
Anything that will stop a styudent from learning effectively
