The Honda Accord. They are built on the same platform. You get many more features and more refinement with the TL, but you also pay for it.

A loaded Accord is still about $7K-$8K cheaper than the base TL with the similar features.

Honda accord would be the closest knowing its the larger sedan of the only 2 sedans honda has in the U.S.. But if you look at the Acura TSX, theres much more similarities to the honda accord than the TL. I beleive the Accord and TSX were both made the same way. There features a quite the same.
