How about: Due to the marked improvement of communication skills by the houskeeping personnel, my analysis of the up-selling of market rooms, is largely due to those positive inputs.
Due to excellet incentive for our multi-lingual employees, free english lessons, with various bonus packages. My analysis of the up-selling of high end suites, is largely due to the houskeeping personell.
