Wear a cute swing dress with a flare on the bottom and tight around the waist. Wear your hair in spiral curls with it half up and half down with your bangs out and pretty. what band? if it's a band like reverend horton heat, wear something you wouldn't mind getting beer spilled on. they can get pretty damn rowdy. otherwise jeans and a tshirt will do.
