it normally happens on the first day.it puts me into bed sometimes cos its so severe.

Pains in the back/ stomach are normal during ur period due to the uterus contracting, dizziness can sometimes be caused from the pain or you may be anaemic. If beth are really severe that u have to stay in bed sometimes then i would definately see your dr as there are many things they can do to help.

menses wow I haven't heard that word since i left Africa lol
I'm not sure but i think we all get a bit weak and achy come on girl we bleed for 3-7 days continuously so its gotta effect the body in some way but you should go see DR or Nurse and get yourself checked out...just in case you know.

I used to have it when I was young sometimes if you go on the pill it decreases the symptoms.
