hmm, while im pretty sure the number for 911 is..uh.. 9-1-1... i can tell you that your laptop is in good hands.
you'll never see it again, but the hands it is in, they are pretty good. so no worries eh?

If you don't know the number for "9-1-1" perhaps you shouldn't be driving (or even operating a computer).
If you're serious - CALL the POLICE.
If you're not serious, you can make up an amusing answer just an easily as you made up the question

911 is the same number everywhere, it's called 9 1 1 .....turn around and goback and get your laptop from him, so you that you can ask some more questions......maybe somebody will know what to do about your predicament....

all i can say is, just dial 911. the general hotline will answer, tell them your problem, -the axe guy, and tell them where you are.
