The validity of your complaint starts from the date of your booking the gas - so don't hype it by stating 65 days of last supply. For your genuine complaints, my friends above have mentioned you recourse. Stay cool while handling the problem and see to it that there is no contributory fault from your side as well.

It is good to have a spare cylinder. I know this is not possible because of the misuse of certain citizens - who use cooking gas for their vehicles. Therefore genuine citizens in need do not receive their requests on time. Just ensure approximately when your gas will be completely consumed and make a booking which will cover a delay too so that you receive it on time. Eg. If you feel that normally they take 10 days to deliver after booking and if your cooking gas will be normally consumed by the 28th of each month or following month. Try to book by 18th or 17th of the required month.

For checking this malpractice of gas agencies, please log on to Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas site and make a complaint and send it to Minister of State there giving full details of consumer no., date of booking, date of supply of refills and any other complaints/suggestions. There will be instant relief.
