Where can i buy just a pain ol black mail box, that i can do my own painting on to re sell

Go to Wal-Mart. They sell for about $10.00

Most Big Box stores sell black mailboxes. You may also want to check larger hardware stores. Black and white seem to be the most available colors. Many are going to plastic instead of metal now.
