The green won't cause any damage will it? If I have it flushed at 30,000 miles can I have the dexcool put back in?

IF ALL OF THAT WAS DONE THEN UNLESS THEY REUSED THE OLD ANTIFREEZE. IT SHOULD ALREADY BE CHANGED..IF THEY REPLACED IT WITH THE GREEN IT SHOULD BE FINE.

Not really - Dex cool will last longer & there won't b a buildup on the radiator fins as the green - it's more $$ but better in the long run. Also depends if U need 2 add the Tablets 2 stop the corrision as in GM products. BUTT if U have 2 - B sure U flush the green completely out..

My BF strongly informed me not to do it. He works at GM. However if you talk to the people in AutoZone or Pep Boys they say its OK. I still use the dexcool.

probably, for the most part antifreeze is antifreeze, to be on the safe side check your owners manual esp. if you are still under warranty.
