Simplicity has patterns for dog clothes. You can buy them from Wal-Mart, Joanne's Fabrics, or anywhere that sells them.. I think you can even buy them off of their website. (My mother in law makes them for her dog-she has a mexican hairless Chiwawa).

Fabric stores which sell patterns have patterns for dog outfits. Go to a Hancocks or JoAnn's fabric store and look through the catalogs in the pattern department.

Patterns can be quite expensive, but JoAnn's and Hancocks have patterns on sale for less than $2 USD (United States Dollars) every 4-6 weeks. Sign up for their mailer or ask the cashier if you can see the current ads and you'll find which dates patterns are on sale. Have fun!

My niece, who is a very brave crafter, makes dog clothes out of old baby clothes. she just snips, and hems, and voila! Toby has pajamas, a cowboy outfit complete with hat, several shirts and sweaters, and even a night cap! it is hilarious, when she puts his pj's on him, he curls up in a doll cradle and goes to sleep! The most patient dog in the world!
