Which sentence is a fused, run on sentence?
1. I did'nt know which way to turn;every road seemed long and hard.
2. The raccoon in the garage was vicious you could see it in his eyes.
3. You never know where you are going until you get there.
4. Some dogs hate cats. Because they are born that way I guess.

Number 4 is wrong. It consists of 2 sentences, one complete and the other incomplete. They are not fused.

A better way to put it would be:
"I guess some dogs are just born to hate cats."
