ok well the story is this.MSN last night I signed on to talk to a guy I like.As soon as I said hi he called me a troublemaker and a liar outa no where.I always thought he didn't like me because everytime we see each other I'm to shy to say hey and he doesn't say anything to me either and is always with his friends away from me.So last night I asked his best friend if he conciders me his friend(the guy i like and him) he just said "iunno" then said that the guy i like calls me gay and stuff all the time and doesn't like me outa no where.I asked him why he doesn't like me but he just said because I lie.I lied once but everyone got over it and moved on..it's 2 months later and all the sudden they start hating on me..his bestfriend says alot of things apparently the guy i like says about me but the guy i like never said any of this to my face.So I don't know who to believe..the guy I like...or the guy I likes best friend. The other problem is that they are popular and all there friends r 2

Gurl do not let anyone make you feel worthless! I used to do that when i was younger! And its kinda stuck with me now and trust me you dont want to lie with that! Just forget about him and all of his friends! As for you "best friend" forget about her too if all she's gonna do is talk S*** about you then why even be her friend! I hope that everything works out for you sweetie!

I've been there.
Popular people are popular most of the time by means of being really good at slander.
He must be making some really funny jokes about the lie and a croud is drawn to hear the funny ****.
The more upset you get, the more material he has for his comedy routine he gets. Other people will even try to gather more material for them by talking to you and getting you to talk about it.
What to about it.
Act all nice, get close, and kick him in the nuts when he least expects it. Dump something on him at lunch. Get suspended over it if you have to.
This could all backfire and make them hate you more but it's not like they are ever going to like you anyway.
OR.
If you are capable of being the bigger person, do that.
Once school is over, everyone will forget and never think about it again. He will still want to bring it up and his friends will think he is lame because he isn't good for anything else and stop talking to him.
Best advice I can give is find a boyfriend that doesn't go to your school or no one you know, knows. Get with his friends. If necessary explain your side to him and them if and when someone you know plans on ruining it for you and they will all stand by you. That is the way it all went down for me.
The only difference is I'm a guy and my situation involved crappy fiends and not people I wanted to date.

I think these "popular ppl" are trying to send u a message, they probably never liked u in the first place and maybe they r using the old matter of u lying as an excuse to get rid of your copany, what u need is to take the hint, move on and find yourself some SINCERE friends.

dont waste ur time on nonsense people,try to make some good friends who are good human beings.we have a lot of population to choose our friends from!Turn deaf ears to nasty comments to make them ineffective.Focus on our assets.Best of luck.
