1.Mr. Burke's from Borgin or Burke( first name something with c)
2.Regulus Black, Sirius' younger brother(whom voldy kills)
but could it not be AMELIA BONES (A.B) only the R is missing and in the 6th book much is discussed about her..

I think it will be Regulus Black, or if not, someone with Black as a family name. In translated editions, R.A.B is, for example R.A.Z in Dutch (Zwarts), and similarly for other languages.

Seriously, listen (read, whatever)
He was a Death Eater! And, the note int he locket Harry and Dumbledore got said that he already had the locket-as-a-horcrux and in the 5th book, while everyone is cleaning out the house, they find a heavy locket no one could open!
Could this be the horcrux?!
But, only thing is I think the letter said that he destroyed the locket-as-a-horcrux, right? Then, how is the locket in the Black house? I dunno... Maybe I'm wrong. Oh well, just a theory....Can't wait to find out for sure!

Almost everyone is saying Regulus but we know that he is dead, from the order.
We will all have to wait until book 7.

No one will know until July 21, when the book comes out, but I think it's safe to say that it's not Mr.Burke. Why would he sell Dark objects and be helping all those Death Eaters if he had secretly destroyed part of Voldemort's soul, which would earn him immediate death?
p.s.-Probably not Amelia either.

i beg u not to keep asking questions , answers and rumours of book 7.
if we keep on doing this, at a time one will point out the real thing and spoil the creativity of J.K.Rowling.
Why should we spoil? let's wait for a couple of months.
Don't think of it, think only the day in which it's going to be released that is july 21st.
it will be more exciting than the before books.

Unfortunately, I don't think that anyone can answer this question. You may just have to wait until the seventh book comes out.
