why does a smile signify a person is happy and why do i want to see people smiling ,always??

Wanting to see people smile ALWAYS is a good thing... I certainly wouldn't want to be a person who wants to see people frown all the time.
Whether you feel it signifies it or not, doesn't matter. Smiling is a human trait plain and simple.

a smile is a natural reaction learned when you were a baby... everyone was smiling... so when you are happy you smile...
why you want to see people smiling? because you want them to be happy...;-)
