Spermatozoa that carry the Y chromosome (required for a boy) get to the target very quickly, but they are less resistant.

Spermatozoa that carry the X chromosome (required for a girl) are slower, but are much more resistant.

Therefore:

If you have sexual intercourse a little before ovulation, you have higher chances of having a girl.

If you have sexual intercourse at the same time as ovulation then you have higher chances of having a boy.

Looks like you got the timing right for a girl, unless you ovulated early.
Good luck!

I'm not familiar with fortunebaby but I suppose you have at least a 50-50 chance. When I was pregnant each time, my doctor said it wasn't a science but sometimes the heart rate of the baby can be an indicator. I can't remember which is faster and slower but with 2 of mine, it was correct. I was also told you carry girls all around and boys in front. False, my second child was a boy and throughout my entire pregancy, he appeared so much to be a girl by his heartbeat and how I carried him that no-one got me anything except for a girl. Imagine our surprise 2 weeks after his due date, he was finally born emergancy section, and it was a boy with only girly things! I had alot of changes to make when we got home. I never wanted to know what the sex was until my last one was born, my husband pushed for that or I would've kept that a mystery as well.

I'd say 50-50! Maybe a *slight* increase in the chance you'll have a girl since you timed your intercourse...

Gender tests have a 50% chance of being correct.
But keep doing them, it is fun and it helps pass the time until you do find out.
