Ive worked in the same place for three years and thought everyone there were good friends of mine. Well, about a month ago, I started picking up on this weird vibe from everyone.(All women). People would be whispering when I would walk up they would cut their eyes and change the subject. Im the only person not invited to the bosses daughters houseswarming shower. Which is all well, fine and good. But they act like they are hiding it from me. But when I ask anyone of these people if anything is wrong, they say no. I dread going into work but I cant afford to quit my job right now. Remember, these are all adult women who are acting like "mean girls" from high school. Im he one there who everyone used to come to for their problems and I would not tell a soul what they told me. But the ones who are being two faced, everyone sucks up to. Even the boss is acting that way. What should I do, short of cussing everyone out?????

I would look for another job, while I am at this one. Then I would give my boss a weeks notice.
Don't get too chummy at the new place no matter how long you work there. I think that is what your downfall was at this place.
Bring a resume with you. At the interview when they ask you why you are leaving after four years, tell them that someone there is hitting on you, and won't stop. I did it once, and it worked as a good excuse.

Did you get an upgrade are you best dressed are you the only blonde something gives maybe they started a rumor that you slept wit the boss someone has to be on your side ask them or jus ttell them what you told us and say i didnt do anything whats everyones problem !!!

sounds like a big trouble! thats the kind of situation i try to avoid all together...well, did u upgraded urself recently?bought a new car?house? has a good looking boyfriend? they may get jealous of you..or maybe somebody spread rumours bout you..something bad like u have HIV or something? its so weird that all women worker do that to you...the person who started the rumour must be hating u so much she/he willing to do everything.Maybe the person wants get rid of you..
my advice would be try to search for a new job now..dont wait.That situation is not worth fighting...sometimes u have to walk away before anything worse happen.Good Luck!

Just tell them you're tired of their childish behavior, and if they have a problem with you to let it out. Somethings been said about you behind your back, and for some reason they believe it.

go look for another job! tell nobody at work this, then quit !
it is apparent that they werent really your friends as friends dont do that to each other! so i would look for some of those to while i was out lob hunting!

Start looking for another job.In the meantime just go to work and do your job do not socailize with any of your coworkers.
