Outdoors- Bright and flash. loose at the bottem tight at the top

White is always a good choice for a summer party... it's classy, fun, and sexy (without being overly so) at the same time.
Otherwise, I'd pick a color that complements your complexion... summer's the best time to show off your skin (well maintained skin is a great accessory)!!
