Eat healthy- lean meats, dairy, fruits and vegetables, limit junk food, drink lots of water. Try pilates and abdominal exercises, and aerobic exercise to get your heart rate up.
It may also be that you think what is a fat tummy is actually loose skin from pregnancy. Skin is elastic only to a certain degree. Once it is stretched beyond this point, it stays stretched. This will stay unless you get a tummy-tuck.

I have had 4 c-sections and have a flabby belly, I am also cut up and down so my stomach muscles have been cut thru 4 times. I am currently following the South Beach eating plan and have lost 23 lbs. However, I have been losing it everywhere except my belly. I have just started resistence training to target my flab. I plan on giving it 2 months and if I can flatten my belly, and there is a good chance because of the 4 surgeries, I am considering a tummy tuck as a last resort. My advice is to try resistence training and target that belly. Good Luck.

Keep a food diary to see what it is that you are eating and drinking. Keep in mind that fruit has a lot of natural sugars. Try not to eat fruit and yogurt for a week or so. Eat a lot of fibrous veggies and lean meats and do an abb wheal. It will also tone your arms. Maybe 5 min in the morning and another 5 in the afternoon sometime. See what that does for you. Lets all know. I am sure you'll be pleased.

I would start by looking at what you eat. if you eat what teh kids eat and arent breats feeding or anything than it stays on you. when your active and eat teh same than you only maintain your weight, you don't lose it. I had vaginal deliveries with all 3 of mine and am down below my normal weight. the peopel that i know taht had c sections said it was harder to lose the weight, but they had to be determined. Make sure you eat breakfast and cut down your portions. Eat smaller and slower so you feel yourself get satisfied and not uncomfortably full. Try a couple exercises for like 20 minutes a day or every other day. The weight doesnt fly off, but does shed off. The kids can even do it with you. My favorite thing to do and I see teh most results from putting on my make my butt move music and dance around with my 3 kids all under 3 lol. WE spend quality time and I am exercising. I even dance around while cleaning. I get my house clean and my herat rate up. Cleaning floors on your hands and kness does move your muscles. be focused.

I am 42, have had 3 sons (17,12,14) all by c-sections. I have never been able to loose my babybelly fat. All i can tell you is do lots of sit ups, walk walk walk, (didnt work for me but could work for you). Part of my reason for not loosing as much as i wanted was bc of the scar tissue. But as i got older i realized that im not going to have the body i did at 19. It takes time tho.. and now at my age.. im happily married for 10 months to a man who just loves my babybelly fat.. lol

Make sure you don't have any medical reasons you can't (or shouldn't) lose weight. The only diet that REALLY WORKS is cutting your calories and increasing your activity. There is NO MAGIC CURE OR PILL that can take the place of a good old common sense approach and will power. Good Luck!

its hard to lose tummy after a c-section, i know i have had three...because they have to cut through those muscles and so when they grow back together, you have that extra scar tissue there and your tummy is never shaped the same. just maybe do more excercises that concentrate on the abdomen and eat a very healthy diet... good luck.

Try yoga, I did it after my son was born, it helped a lot. They make different classes, there are some for stretching and flexibility and then there are ones for weight loss like hot yoga. Warning about the hot yoga though, the reason they call it hot yoga is because they turn the temp up in the room and you sweat and burn the calories. It is also very stress relieving. Good Luck.

Honey after C-sections you have scare tissue. You most likely won't loose that weight.period. My mama was smaller then that and she had me (first miracle child) and she had to have a c-section and she still ain't lost that weight and I am 18 years old now LOL. it just happenes. at least your not as big as my mama my mama is a 26-28 something like that. You still skinny compared to her.
