symptoms are different in everyone. i took a test last week on a hunch and surprise!! it was positive!!! im VERY happy about it since my hubby and i were trying for our first.
my only symptoms were missed period, fatigue and sore boobs. all of these would sound like my period was comming, but my boobs hurt in a different way. i cant really describe it.
some women will have tender or sore boobs, some wont. it just depends on the person. they say a lot of people have morning sickness in early pregnancy, and so far for me i havent had any!! (knock on wood).

Same as me, I'm 9 weeks and I have only just started to feel a little tender in the boob area. I've had no morning sickness or anything, everyone says I'm really lucky, although my pregnancy guide book says I'm likely to have more problems later on, I don't believe that though, I'm feeling positive!!!
I'm sure she's OK, different women get different symptoms I suppose!

My breasts were tender when quite early on in my pregnancy but it is different for all women - just like morning sickness and everything.

Every woman's pregnancy is completely different. I had seven, and not one of mine was the same. You could experience some tenderness in the breast, however some don't. As long as she has seen her Dr. than she should have nothing to worry about. If she is concerned, than have her to call the doctor and ask him, that is what he gets paid to do. Good Luck, Mom of seven

Lots of women experience tender breasts, it is definitely a common symptom of pregnancy, but you have to remember every woman is different. Therefore, every womans pregnancy symptoms are different as well. Good luck to your friend.

It is more so at the end of pregnancy. my first I actually started leaking milk at only 4 months pregnant. my 2nd no breast feelings and found out when I was 3 months along. my third my breasts hurt so bad and didnt produce milk until after the baby. Everyone and every pregnancy is different

Its very normal.... some woment go through the whole pregnancy with nothing!!! She has positive test, so hormons are doing what they should do! Nearer the end she may suffer with sore breast as the milk becomes ready. Good luck to her and take good care of her! xxx
