For the skin on your feet: right before you go to bed, schmear Vaseline all over your feet. Don't be skimpy, they should be really greasy. Wrap your feet in plastic wrap and then put socks on over the plastic. In the morning your feet should be soft and the hard skin gone. Use this once a week or more often if you need it. It's better than getting a pedicure :)
For the hair: try Paul Mitchell's Tea Tree shampoo. I go to Ulta II to buy it. It's the best thing for dandruff and it doesn't smell bad. Once every two weeks, I'll use a vinegar treatment. Get in the shower and wet your hair (but don't wash it yet). Pour a cup or two of ORGANIC red cider vinegar (it has to be organic - you can get it at a health food store for less than $3) all over your hair and rub it into your scalp for about 2 minutes. Rinse it out and then shampoo and condition like normal. The vinegar will restore the pH balance in your hair and on your scalp: it removes any current dandruff and prevents more from building up. It also strips off any product buildup and leaves your hair super shiny and soft. The smell will go away after a couple of minutes. If you do both of these things (the Paul Mitchell Tea Tree shampoo and the organic red cider vinegar), I guarantee your scalp and hair will look great within a month: you'll see improvements after the first time you use each.
By the way, you don't sound disgusting at all - you sound normal :) Best of luck, and don't hesitate to email me if you need clarification on anything!

You don't sound disgusting at all we all need occasional grooming.
The hard skin there is nothing more effective then pumice stone if you use it twice a week and moisturise after then stick a pair of sox on you should get rid of it within weeks.
Slimming guaranteed to work if youre disciplined...cereals for breakfast salad + fish for lunch and jacket potato for dinner or you can swap and if you get munchies in the evening ryevita or rice snacks.
Do 5 sit ups am and 5 before bed and give your house a spring clean from top to bottom, whats that got to do with slimming i hear you say, well believe me you will see the inches fall off i promise you.
As for hair removal nothing is more effective then waxing yes it hurts if youre not used to it but hair free for for 4-6 weeks not bad at all you can do the same with eyebrows and upper lip (perhaps you should get eyebrows done by a proffesional you dont want to end up with no eyebrows...lol
Use hair oil you can get in most chemists if not if you have a local indian shop go and ask them for hair oil they should know where you can get it and leave that on your hair for 2 to 3 hours and then wash your hair do this 3 times a week and you will so see the difference.
Red skin...mm im not sure where you have this red skin if its your body then you can use the johnsons tanning cream go for the lightest tan there is. If the red skin is on your face then Christian dior or Calvin klein do this cover up cream its a light green in colour but when put on face with a foundation it covers any red blotches you may have, you can buy lots of products on the market to disguise it but the ones im talking about are a bit pricey so maybe go to boots or debenhams and see the consultants there they should be able to recommend a cheaper alternative.
If you follow this programme religiously for 2 weeks you wont be sorry.
Good luck I hope this helps.

Okay deep breath, calm down!
hard skin on my feet>
you could visit a podiatrist / chiropodist, as soon as you can. Also buy some 'Heel Balm' and use it morning and night. It really works, if you can't find that anything with a high % of urea should make a difference. Its not dry skin like you get your hands, so a normal moisturiser wont work.
I need to get slimmer within these 2 weeks>
Lots of fruit, 2 bananas for breakfast and berries, apples for snacks, do NOT go hungry, fill up on fruit and then a proper lunch with plenty of salad, lots of leaves will help keep you regular and lessen bloating
Waxing is best for legs, smoothest right after doing it. You can do it yourself with Nads and patience (cheaper than a salon over time)
Bikini> wax again, don't try it yourself, ring round to find somewhere that does it. May be better just to trim.
Upper lip> Jolen facial bleach first, then wax (really thin smear of Nads will do this too). if you bleach it first (leave it a day) then wax, any that get missed don't show so much. After waxing tweezer out any major ones (the waxing hurts but the tweezering less so) Don't touch it afterwards as you're more likely to gets spots, just cold water on a clean flannel pressed onto it. Again takes a few hours to calm down.
Dandruff but greasy hair > T-gel is good. I've heard tea tree oil as well, but never tried it, look on line for how to use it maybe
Red skin > on face? colour corrective moisturiser (green hue), or just a good foundation. Visit a make up adviser, maybe Clinique or Elizabeth Arden
Have fun!

1. Book an appointment at a beauty salon for waxing, bleaching and pedicure (for the hard skin).
2. Hair - maybe your shampoo is too strong for your hair. Get T-Gel tee tree shampoo. Try to resist washing your hair every day as you could be make the problem worse - tie it up in between if it really is bad. But give the T-Gel a go for a couple of weeks. Some of the dandruff could be a build up of hair products and T-Gel rinses this off. Also try mashing an avocado and blending it with a teaspoon of olive oil and massage it in to your scalp and leave for 20 or so minutes then rinse off.
3. You dont say how much slimmer, obviously you cant do miracles - but if its a dress size, buy a box of Special K cereal(assuming youre in UK) and if you replace two meals a day with it it claims you drop a dress size. Or join weight watchers - two weeks if you stick to it you could loose half a stone or more

Sounds like you do not do any maintenance at all.
So it's a mad rush for you thinking you will achieve all in the allocated time.
We will do our best to help.
For your feet, cut a lemon in half and rub each foot all over with half the lemon best to do it over a bowl whilst you are TV viewing.
Alternatively, put a sock on each.
Use a pumice stone to rid of hard skin.
Rinse and rub Vaseline, Shea butter or Vitamin E oil.
Replace socks and wear at bedtime.
For your weight, drink this every morning, disregarding your tea or coffee.
In a cup/mug put a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.
A teaspoon of honey or more to suit your taste.
Add hot water almost to boiling point.
I'll skip the hairy part if that's OK with you.
For your dandruff.
Gather a good handful of fresh nettle leaves.
Infuse with a quarter pint of boiling water.
Alternatively, use 3-5 tea bags.
Make a very strong tea.
Leave to cool.
Drain/remove tea bags.
Add a drop of fairy liquid.
Add a beaten egg white.
Use immediately as shampoo.
Leave in at least 10 minutes.
Rinse as usual.
You will not only be dandruff free
But also your hair will have been conditioned
to its maximum.
Red Skin?...where?...
If face, use a green concealer.
Good Luck!
Have a nice time.

ok well the hard skin on your feet try soaking your feet in warm water and using like a foot file on them (the relly rough kind) putting the cream on your feet and putting socks on over the top. leave them overnight. if nothing works as a real quick fix put lemon juice on the hard skin, it makes it softer til you wash your feet.
to get slimmer id recommend just eat healthy and hit the gym. any other way and you will put the weight you lost and more on.
i would just go to a proffesional to get waxed. if you prefer use the cream on your legs. i wouldn't use it on upper lip as i tried once and i cane out in tiny spots. yes waxing is a tiny bit painful but its the best way.
i know this sounds stupid but i stopped getting a dry itchy scalp when i stopped using hot water to wash my hair. i use warm or cool water now.
red skin - moisturise as much as possible, try using a cooling gel. get a cover up stick (the ones that come in green) this will balance out the redness.
sorry don't know about the verruca thing. hope i helped.
and honey we all need a little help sometime. your not discusting, ive seen worse

try a pumice stone on your feet with the exfoliator on it while your feet are wet, like after or at the end of your shower. it really works for me!
dont know what helps get slimmer that fast, but stop drinking pop or anything else like that, water is the best lots of it, only eat healthy fruits and veggies all in moderation, im sure you have heard it before. maybe try pilates, they are killer but if you do them every day, you will feel better!!
waxing hurts but the results are for longer, if you shave with a new razor that gets my legs really smooth!! upper lip i heard hurts!!
i would try that new expensive head and shoulders for oily hair its in a box, and its not organic but start using it now and it should work by them.
try dabbing visiene (for eyes) on your red skin, its made to get the red out of eyes and it should do the same for your face, i would do it once like before i go to be to be sure that it doesnt give you a reaction!!
good luck!! whats this for...big date...wedding....photoshoot??

The best thing on the market for removing really hard skin is PEDIKUR LOTION.you can only get it from QVC shopping Chanel.I have tried every cream under the sun but this works like this:Put lotion on a cotton wool make-up remover pad.place on hard skin, wrap in cling film for 20 mins. Then scrape off all the dead skin with the spatula provided.Wash in warm water ,then towel dry.Step 2,massage in lovely cream that comes with kit.It will really work like nothing you have tried.
If you can't get that try, John sons baby gel ,rub plenty on skin then put sox on to go to bed,it will soften up the skin so you can use heavy duty files to remove dead skin.

why do you need to do this in two weeks?
firstly, hard skin on feet. go to body shop and get a file-a-foot. they are fab!
get slimmer? I'm sure you are lovely as you are!
wax everything...it really hurts but it's very effective and lasts for ages.
Get ginger shampoo from body shop for your hair,
red skin? from an allergy or what? makeup is best for toning down red skin.
you don't sound disgusting. you sound like a normal person!

waxing upper lip doesnt hurt (well it doesnt with me) im only 15 and have it done weekly make sure if you're on, take paracetamol before or something cause its quite painful then. as for red sking, the make 17 (from boots) do a great corrector stick thing thats like a mint green colour, sounds weird but green like neutralises the red if you get me, its really cheap £2 or something like that, think no7 do a face cream like it too, but thats little more expensive. hope that helps. x
