when i open internet explorer, it appear to be open, but it seem to be not responding. Wat is going with my pc? Y everytime not responding one?

well, looks and sounds like works of some malware, virus, etc .. must be those hanky panky websites u been too ...
easiest way out is to do a system restore to the date before ur mentioned problem arises. then from there, install firefox and avoid wandering to hanky panky sites with IE from then onwards ...
but if u do not have a system backup, then the next next best thing to completely removed the problem will be a fresh installation of the operating system,
remember, it is sometime more difficult to remove malware / virus than reformating the whole system.

That is because Microsoft is buggy software. It could be IE7, which is buggy or your operating system (Windows), which is also buggy.
To fix it, get rid of Windows and install a good open source operating system such as kubuntu for free at www.kubuntu.org

Try rebooting. You might have a lot of programs open that is slowing down your computer.
