Your Dodge has an electric fuel pump located in the fuel tank, and electronic fuel injection.

A bit more information would be useful...what engine does your Dynasty have, and what problem are you experiencing? Additionally, what trouble codes are stored?

You can get a readout of your codes by turning the ignition on-off-on-off-on without starting the car...the codes will flash the check engine light. Count the flashes to get the codes, they'll be two digits, and do not repeat. The computer will flash five times twice when you've reached the end of the codes.

the only car i can think of that did not have a fuel pump was a model t ford , the gas tank was under the seat and it fed the carb. by gravity , this is why they had to back up the steep hills.
