I'm not feeling Jordanna Mae, but it is your child. However from some of the above answers Jordanna Nicole sounds like a nice middle name. Then again we can not be too sure because we do not know the last name this is going to be paired with.

A middle name that has a different stressed syllable always has a more lyrical quality to it.
Although you don't say what Jordanna's last name will be, you should consider what her initials will spell out (all three AND just the two). For example, in our culture, I think it's unfortunate that anyone with an "S" last name would name their child with a "B" first name.
Back to the middle name...mixing an old-fashioned name with a contemporary name lends some charm to the contemporary name, like Jordanna Lenore, Jordanna Elyse, or Jordanna Celeste.
If you are interested in the shortest possible middle name but still want something distinctive (I see you've chosen a slightly different spelling from the norm for Jordanna, adding an extra "a"), you could try a one-syllable name with a slightly different spelling. Jordanna Mae is nice, certainly. There are also names like Kim spelled "Kym", Faye spelled "Fae" (which evokes for the literary-minded the mythical faeries), or Joy spelled "Joye" or "Joi" (pronounced "zhwah" in French).
My personal favorite is Joy because that is what babies are!
Congratulations and good luck as parents!
