My husband stopped by the grocery the other day on his way home, and they had a bunch of new flavors of Pop Tarts. And always wanting to try new things, he bought them all. So......the last few mornings, except this morning, I've had Pop Tarts. But some of them are not really that good. But this morning I took a Klonopin, (They make you eat) so in about half an hour, I'll be eating even the not so good Pop Tarts!.lol

Ok I was raised by my southern grandma and she used to make me breakfast in bed every morning and it was always homemade I loved eggs, bacon, sausage gravy, bisquits or flitter bread I miss being a kid.

I usually have cereal and I throw on 1tablespoon of wheat germ, 1 tablespoon of flax seed, 1 tablespoon of fiber and I use LIGHT vanilla soy milk.
One slice of whole wheat toast with natural peanut butter & grape jelly.

whole wheat bagel with pepper jack cheese. yummm. That's what I have most of the time.
