This is from their customer service link:

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. The delivery time may take two to four weeks, depending on where you live and time of year. If you would like your music delivered faster, we offer special delivery options. BMG Store merchandise may take six to eight weeks for delivery.

So give it another week and see if they arrive, if not you can email them. Good Luck.

No they are not a scam. I used to have them had no problems. Maybe the CD's were lost in the mail. Not sure why you can't reach them tho. But they have been around for many years. Hope it all works out for you.

It's not a scam. But I agree with you that it is so frustrating to contact them. They used to have a call center where you can complain but I guess they were trying to cut costs and removed that. Now you can just e-mail them and hope that they respond. My experience with them has been very bad to say the least. I suggest that you opt out once you fulfill your obligation to them. Their sister company Columbia House DVD is equally bad, if not worse. And they will hit you with a shipping and handling charge ($2.95 per DVD!).

No... I've been a member for years. They get you with their Shipping & Handling Charges... They've got great deals sometimes, though (example: buy one get three free- just pay the S & H)...
