So why doesn't my truck move when I mash the gas pedal?

The shaft should NEVER be exposed!!!!

this is simply the best question ever. lol...

here's my answer: perhaps you're not correctly lubed and you have to 'feather' a bit before you 'mash,' as immediate mashing can have a negative, stalling effect - often keeping you from arriving at your destination! lol

I dont understand, it seems once the shaft gets inserted, its all going correctly..perhaps you should try moving it back and forth, in and out, side to side,hither and thro...it may help~

I think you need to push the shaft in all the way...
