i have a problem with my mp3 player of nash..there is problem in software.how to restore?

i hear the detection beep.. but it doesnt open.. i geta wizard stating that the software is missing.i had been using this mp3 player since an year..bought at gulf..so couldnt find customer care centres..send me suggestions and suitable driver if it needs to be reinstalled!!
