Becoz all the aspects of her personality have bloomed to their perfection by this time.And also becoz after 30 she would be walking gradually towards her oldage.In this way 30 is the peak after which 'climb down' begins.

Because a woman in her 30's has spent her 20's trying to figure out who she is, if she is happy, etc... and by the time she hits 30 she is (usually) happy with herself and more confident. Sexy women are confident women... regardless of size, shape and age!!

Maybe your 'assessment' of what you see (or it is that you believe you see...) says more about yourself than that which you are observing.

because women rech their sexual peak at this time. It is a mixture of confidence, maturity and knowing what she wants. And maybe it has to do with the 'clock' ticking telling her its time she made babies.
