Why not?
PSV has made Arsenal out of Champion League!
If you still remember, Arsenal have beaten Liverpool twice and made Liverpool out of League Cup and FA Cup.
So, It is possible for PSV to win over Liverpool.
Liverpool only performs good when face favourite team like Barcelona.
But, Liverpool can be easily beaten by non-favourite team like Benfica (last year Champion League) and PSV (may be this year).

So.....PSV go go go .....get another english team out again!!!

Of course there is a chance. Anything can happen. Whoever wins is the team that was presented the opportunities and took them and capitalized on them. Looking back to the Liverpool v. Barcelona match, Liverpool dominated, but Gudjohnsen got that opportunity in the end and he capitalized on it. Liverpool still advanced, but it could easily have been Barcelona instead. It's all a matter of opportunity and which ones you decide to take.

but this time liverpool will go through for sure!!

I cherished that approximately them, and it could be outstanding to be sure their team do the completed turn-around.
