I have seasons 1-4 on dvd of the wildboyz, but I remember watching an episode on tv where Chris and Steve-O are doing some kind of fire dance with some tribe, and I cant find that episode on my dvds!

There won't be a fifth season of Wildboyz, which Steve-O and Chris decided after the death of Steve Irwin. "If this could happen to him, and he's a professional, we've got to look out for our own safety."
I'm not sure which episode had fire dancing. But you should probably check the Australia and New Zealand episodes, as those places have tribes that fire dance. Also, if you still can't find it, you might want to check the "unaired segments" on your DVD - it might be there.
