You need to focus on your mid-section and start to eat a more healthier diet. AB crunches should help, smaller meals and drinking lots of water.

If "bloating" is truly the feeling you have and not just a bit chubby (there is a difference) you should check with your gynocologist to make sure that your ovaries are fine. After that let go of some of the carbs you eat every day and substitute them with fresh veggies and protein products. The pounds will come off and the tummy will be smaller.

Usually bloating is coming from the intestines. Start taking a powdered fiber supplement twice daily to help remove old waste that collects in the intestines. The intestines can hold up to 25lb. of waste that does not get released. Of course diet and exercise are important. You will probably see good results using fiber.

Lose some weight, work out at the gym, drink a lot of water to pee a lot, cut out salt, cut out carbonated beverages, read about what retains and what rids the body of water.

let go of any indoor activity and fatty diets. Even if it makes you cut your self with a blade.

excersise, run around your suburb for approx 2 miles daily, in the sun, drink alot of water as it helps alot and eat alot of fibre, reduce your intake of red meat and switch onto white meat for a while, make sure it's not fried.. baked only. Cut off your desert course.. if you're a sweet tooth then eat fruits!

that should drain out all the fat..

call me when you're fit ;)

You could have a worm or stomach virus. If it is body fat - dairy products and running could help.
