My biggest fear - dying without accomplishing what I need to in this life. As for facing it with the assistance of family and friends, I guess it leans towards the more 'personal' sort of fears - the kind I have to face and deal with myself. :)

That the person in the car in front of me on the highway will flick a lit cigarette out the window and it will land on my car and make it explode. I think I'll be alone when this happens.
